Sequences captured from regular open television programming and other products from the audiovisual industry are arranged in an anarchic way, with new sounds created by the group, and edited together with testimonials despised by passers-by in the Rio de Janeiro capital. Irreverent document of the time, it reminds us of the popular frustration generated by the end of the process of "slo
