Overview

Buddy, an office-boy in a newspaper plant, puts on long trousers to get a man's-size job on the paper, and impress his girl. His brother, a reporter, is sent to write a story on a mysterious eye that has been terrorizing the neighborhood, sending women into hysterics. The girl staff writer disguises herself as a man and goes on her own hook to get the story.
