UCLA Student Film, Preserved by the Wisconsin Center for Film and Theater Research. Distorted images of Nazi newsreels strung together with a flow of post-modern 20th century images, distorted and visually inverted in Black and White, played over “Anarchy in the UK” by the Sex Pistols.
