Overview

On Earth, mermaids and dragons are hunted and killed by sea hunters. In the Republic of China, 1927, when Yu Zi Xiao was a little girl, her and her mother were captured for being mermaids. However, a young man was able to solely save Zi Xiao. A hundred years later, in an apocalyptic future during a massive storm, Zi Xiao ventures on land to find and thank the man that saved her.
