... is made from a footage of a girl bouncing a balloon on a bright Sunday afternoon in New York's Central Park. My original interest was to better understand the relationship between myself as spectator and voyeur, and the girl. I was throughly intrigued by her presence and activities; she was ambivalent towards mine. The original 3-1/2 seconds of material have been re-examined and reworked to reveal new narrative and visual events. The evident flicker here is a function of each frame being a d
