It shows the many attractions of Southport for the tourist: the Marine Parks, Lord Street (shots of the War Memorial, the Gardens and the Municipal Building which are all in Lord Street), the Garrick Theatre, horse riding on the beach, golf, bowls, Hesketh Park (featuring the Meteorological Observatory and the Aviary), the Floral Hall; a long sequence inside the Floral Hall.
