Get Your Vitamins 1943

Overview

The film promotes Canada's Food Rules in an effort to get Canadians to be strong and healthy by getting the necessary vitamins in their diet. A series of healthy foods, all that originate from farm raised items, are shown, emanating from those images the lettered vitamin names of which those foods are a rich source. Set against barn dance music, the letters dance to the score.
