Overview

It's possible to work without bosses, and workers have proven it in Belgium, notably at Balai Libéré, a cleaning company at the University of Louvain-la-Neuve, at Sablières de Wauthier-Braine, and at the Textiles d'Ere cooperative, a spinning mill that operated as a cooperative for nearly 30 years.
