Overview

The experimental film "Spurenbilder" (Trace Images) juxtaposes elementary particle physics and dance. Images of a dancer's meditative movements and sterile machine rooms provide a brief insight into two different worlds in which people are searching for the elementary. The film does not content itself with pointing out obvious polarities. In a magical dance, it dissolves the contrast.
