Joe Noble animation. Featuring Sammy and Sausage - a cartoon dog. Opens with Sammy and Sausage shaking hands. M/S of Joe Noble (live action) trying to fix a vacuum cleaner. "It's broken again." Sausage says something to Sammy. "Ha! You should get one like we had..." A strange contraption is illustrated.
