Overview

In the dusty, lawless border town of Ojinaga, Chihuahua; Mexico, it is only days until the hardscrabble citizens fill the streets for the annual Revolutionary Parade in honor of Mexico's favorite son, Pancho Villa. With the shadow of multiple unsolved abductions and murders emanating from Juarez, the people of Ojinaga are ready for a day without fear, ready to forget the corrupt police, the drug cartels, and the crushing poverty.
