Overview

A hotheaded Alaskan customs agent (Sean Patrick Flannery) unwillingly teams up with a coldhearted but beautiful Soviet agent (Ursula Karven) to capture a rogue Russian general (Arnold Vosloo), selling a shipment of deadly nerve gas.
