Overview

This event takes "Best Chest in the West" one step further by bringing together Best Chest Winners from all over the country. Three divisions compete for the crown. The "Itty Bitty Titty" division highlights seven Best Chest competitors in the small breast size. Six sexy ladies compete in the "Huggable Honey" division representing competitors in the medium breast size.
