Overview

Mr. Dippy and his daughter Ruth are both very fond of the water and spend a good deal of time at the beach. Ruth meets and falls in love with the handsome lifesaver, and he falls an easy victim of her charms. Father Dippy also succumbs to cupid's arrow and becomes madly infatuated with Miss Fascination.
