Overview

A farce in which a clumsy man falls into tar, so that every thing he encounters sticks to him. A clumsy man falls on the street in wet tar. After that everything sticks to him: a baby, a mannequin, feathers, paper and a stair runner. When he comes home, his wife (a disguised man) hard-handedly gives him a bath.
